Originally from Riverview, I have had a lifelong passion for animals and always envisioned a career dedicated to their well-being. In the realm of emergency medicine, I discovered both challenges and excitement, finding pride in advocating for those who cannot vocalize their needs. Currently part of our Surgery Team, I take joy in ensuring my patients receive the same care and attention as my own pets, prioritizing their comfort and safety.
At home, my world revolves around my three children, two affectionate dogs—Olive and Daisy—and a bunny named Frankie. Outside of work, you will often find me engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, biking, or kayaking.
Fun Fact: My journey began in the Yukon, where I kickstarted my career while living with 20 sled dogs. As well, over the years, I have fostered hundreds of kittens.
