I began my journey at Riverview Animal Health Center in 2022 as a COOP student. I enjoyed it so much that I chose to volunteer here over the following summer and I was then officially hired as a veterinary assistant in May 2024. I’m a pre-vet student at the University of Prince Edward Island that hopes to one day further my education by going to the Atlantic Veterinary College. 

As an aspiring veterinarian, I really enjoy my time at the clinic because I learn something new every day. On top of this rewarding job, my passion for animal care grows as I continue to pursue my journey in the veterinary field. Animals have always held a special place in my heart.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the beach, camping, and spending time with friends and family. I also have a snowball loving golden retriever named Cody, who I consider my best friend.
