Vaccinations for Puppies

We offer all the core vaccines that will ensure your puppy has a long and healthy life.

Puppies can be especially susceptible to disease because of their developing immune system. Although puppies have some immune protection from their moms, it is uncertain how long that protection lasts. That is why it is so important to help your puppy get off to a great start.

At Riverview Animal Health Centre, our puppy vaccine program begins when your puppy is 8-weeks-old. At that time, they will come in for a complete physical exam, along with their first series of vaccines. We will continue with your puppy’s journey, by doing additional vaccines and health exams at 12 weeks of age and 16 weeks of age. Then your puppy is up to date for 1 year. The information that you will receive from our team during your puppy’s visits will ensure you and your puppy have an excellent start to a wonderful healthy life together.
